The 2026 University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener Seed Expo — a free event — hosted in partnership with the College of Lake County, will again be held on March 7 at the CLC Grayslake Campus gymnasium. It will have everything you need to get ready for the spring growing season.

In addition to free vegetable and flower seeds, the event will feature local vendors, a seed swap, and seminars. Over 70 Master Gardeners will also be on hand to answer all of your gardening-related questions and assist with seed choices.
