Congratulations Oak Terrace Elementary School on going zerowaste! OT is the 3rd school in District 112 to implement the Zero Waste Lunches program through Seven Generations Ahead. On day one, they diverted over 200 lbs of waste from the landfill, imagine the impact over the entire school year! SGA helps schools implement programs by doing waste audits, teaching the how/why of going zero waste and supporting students and staff throughout the process.
